Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 3 lbs. lean beef roast, visible fat removed
  • 6-8 large cloves garlic
  • 1 t. dry oregano
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • water
  • 1/6 head cabbage or 1 sweet onion (optional)
  • ●Place ingredients in a roaster and add water until 1- 1 1/2 inches deep and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
  • ●(Optionally add potatoes and carrots for family if desired.) Add cabbage or onion if desired.
  • ●Continue baking an additional 45 to 60 minutes depending on how done you like roast.
  • ●Slice off 3 oz. roast for meal.
