Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 ½ Cups cooked rice
- 3/4 ¾ Cup of raisins
- 1/2 ½ Cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 ¼ Teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 Cups milk, scalded
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients; add scalded milk and melted butter and mix well. Pour into 1½ Quart casserole.
Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
