Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1 ½ Cups cooked rice
  • 3/4 ¾ Cup of raisins
  • 1/2 ½ Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 ¼ Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • 1 Cups milk, scalded
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients; add scalded milk and melted butter and mix well. Pour into 1½ Quart casserole.

Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
