Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, divided
  • 50 nilla wafers, finely crushed (1 3/4 cup)
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 pkg (3.4oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup thawed cool whip
  • 1 cup fruit

Preparation

Step 1

1. Reserve 1 tbsp nuts. Finely chop remaining nuts; mix with wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9" tart pan or pie plate.

2. Beat pudding mix, almond extract and milk with whisk for 2 mins. Stir in cool whip. Pour into crust.

3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with fruit and reserved nuts just before serving.
