Ingredients
- 2 cups Finely Shredded Carrots
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups diced processed American cheese
- 1 can (14 ¾ ounces) cream-style corn
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until set. Yield: 6-8 servings
