Ingredients
- 3-16 oz cans great northern white beans
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-4 oz cans chopped green chiles
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp oregano
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups monterey jack cheese
- sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in pan and saute' onions and chicken. Add garlic, chiles, cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper. Saute' 2 minutes. Add undrained beans and chicken stock. Bring to a boil; reduced heat and simmer. Add cheese and stir until melted. Garnish with sour cream if desired.
