Ingredients
- 1-1.5 lbs ground pork
- 1-1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1.5 quarts water
- 1 lb package carrots could use more?)
- 1 lbs onions (6 small/med.)
- 8 small/med. potatoes (could use more?)
- 1 head of cabbage
- 5 14.5 oz cans green beans
- 3 15 oz cans corn
- 4 29 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- Scant 1/4 cup salt and hot peppers
- (3 baby red peppers, 1 small zucchini)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat the day before, process in food processor. Process vegetables finely in order listed and put in pan. Cook all day in roasting pan at about 250, stirring frequently. (Cooked 9 hours, could have gone longer!)
