Ingredients
- 6 sea bass or black cod pieces 5-6 oz each
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp. prepared honey mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. parsley or frozen parsley cubes
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 450F.Rinse fish and pat dry. Combine oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Brush all over fish. Bake, allowing 10-12 minutes per inch. Fish flakes when done.
