Cream Cheese Frosting 2

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• ½ cup butter, softened
• 16 oz. icing sugar, sifted
• ½ tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

To prepare the frosting, combine the cream cheese and butter. Cream until smooth. Add the icing sugar and combine until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and blend well.

**you can also add grated rind of 1 lemon, orange zest, ground cinnamon, or liquor.
