Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes chopped Spinach
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
  • 4 oz Parmesan Cheese - shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
  • 8 oz Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach in microwave then drain

Melt butter in skillet with onion

Mix everything in bowl and put in crock pot
