Ingredients
- 8 c chopped rhubarb
- 3 c sugar
- 3 T grated lemon rind
- 1&/2 c lemon juice
- 3 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil water, rhubarb, sugar and rind. Reduce to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Strain, let cool. Keep in fridge when not used.
Serves 3 parts water to 1 part syrup
