Ingredients
- 2 lbs course ground beef
- 1 16oz bag frozen 3 pepper and onion blend
- 1 3oz can chili beans
- 1 15oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 12 oz tub del monte pico de gallo
- 1 16oz jar picante sauce or salsa
- 2 cups water
- 1 packet chili seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot or dutch oven pour in bag of frozen pepper and onion blend and heat on high until most of water is boiled off. Reduce heat to medium high and add ground beef. Cook mixture until beef is thoroughly browned. Next, add all other ingredients except chili seasoning and mix well.
Reduce heat to medium and heat for about 5 to 10 minutes stirring frequently. Next add chili seasoning and stir in thoroughly. Cover pot, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
