Ingredients

  • –DRY
  • 1/4 cup Myofusion Cinnamon Whey
  • 1/4 cup Pea Proteinicon
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • –WET
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute for other non-dairy)
  • topping: Agave, Cinnamon (can substitute agave for honey, barley syrup, date syrup or whatever else sticky you decide is good that will hold cinnamon)

Preparation

Step 1




In a bowl mix dry ingredients together well, make sure it’s all spread out and even throughout. Pour egg whites and almond milk onto the dry ingredients and using utensil start mixing to make the batter.

Using your hands start rolling two tubes and start placing them together into a donut tray cell, to make a circle (donut shape). You can do whatever you want, you an just pack donut tray cells, it wouldn’t matter much. That was just a tip. To see better what I’m talking about refer in the post, there is an image for it.

This won’t take long to bake, at 350 F for 20 minutes and donuts are done.

Now put a little bit of agave on top of donuts and sprinkle them with cinnamon. It would be best to just lay them out on a big plate and carefully apply some agave on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
