cups Miracle Whip (or regular mayonaise)
cups warm water
teaspoons baking soda
cups flour (not cake flour)
1. Dissolve baking soda in warm water. Mix sugar and Miracle Whip and add to water. 2. Add flour and cocoa to mixture; mix well. 3. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray and pour batter into 10-inch baking pan. Using Extender Ring, bake on 2-inch rack on Power Level 8 for 45 minutes. 4. Let cake rest inside Oven for 30 minutes; test for doneness with toothpick. 5. Ice cake after it is cool.
