  • * Coarse salt
  • * Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 * 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • * Malt vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Light a pile of charcoal on one side of the grill or fire up one burner on a gas grill.

2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Pour the olive oil on a plate and roll the potato pieces in the oil until they are thoroughly covered. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary.

3. When the charcoal is covered with light gray ash, put the potatoes on the grill away from the heat. Cover the grill and cook the potatoes until tender, turning them every 10 min. Depending on the thickness of the wedges, the potatoes should be done in 20 to 40 min.

4. When the tip of a sharp knife easily pushes all the way through the potatoes, they're ready. Sprinkle liberally with malt vinegar. Serve hot off the grill.
