  • 3/4 c. wheat flour
  • 2 envelopes rapid rise yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp butter

Step 1

-Combine wheat flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl. Heat milk, water, and butter until very warm. Add to flour mixture.
-Beat two minutes at medium, scraping occasionally. Add 1/4 c. flour, beat two minutes on high. Add more flour until soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rest 10 min.
-Divide dough to 12 pieces, shape into balls. Place in greased 8/9 inch round pan. Let rise about 30 min.
-Bake in 375 degree oven 15-20 min. Remove from pan and brush with melted butter.
