Ingredients

  • IN ONE BOWL:
  • 1 Egg (seperate white from yolks)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • IN ANOTHER BOWL:
  • 1 stick butter (beat and add slowly
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (cream well)
  • 2 yegg yold until mixed

Preparation

Step 1

Using first batch of ingredients: In bowl beat egg white until stiff and add 1/4 cup sugar slowly

Using second batch of ingredients: Fold in the beaten egg whites and add 2 oz Bourbon (I like to add just before serving)
