Crunchy Mixed Vegetable Bake
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 / 4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 pkg (16 oz) frozen broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower mixture
- 1 can (2.8 oz) French fried onion rings
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine soup, mayo, garlic, and pepper in bowl and mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese
Place frozen vegetables in Rectangular Baker. Spoon soup mixture over – mix to coat vegetables evenly
Bake 35 to 40 min. until hot; remove from oven.
Sprinkle with fried onions. Return to oven 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
