Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 (16 ounce) package confectionary sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (6 ounce) bag Nestle semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp solid vegetable shortening
  • 6 (1 ounce) packets Nestle Toll House Choco Bake
  • 2 cups Nestle white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line two baking sheets with wax paper. In a medium-sized bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and sugar with hands to form a smooth dough. Mixture will be very stiff. Shape into balls using 2 teaspoons for each. Place on wax paper and press down slightly with the palm of hand to form discs. Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.

Melt semisweet chocolate chips and 2 tbsp shortening in a small pan over low heat. Stir constantly until melted. Stir in Nestle Toll House Choco Bake packets. Dip peanut butter discs into chocolate, covering the whole disc. Refrigerate again for a few hours.

Melt white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp shortening in a small pan on low heat. With a teaspoon, drip small white spots onto the chocolate discs. Refrigerate until set. Keep refrigerated.
