Ingredients
- Step 1:
- 470 grams flour
- 10 grams baking powder
- 7 grams baking soda
- 10 grams salt
- 8 grams cinnamon
- 5 grams mace
- Step 2:
- 165 grams oil
- 500 grams sugar
- 200 grams eggs
- Step 3:
- 65 grams walnuts
- 255 grams grated carrots
- 130 grams water
- 150 grams crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 grams vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift step 1 together and set aside.
Place set 2 into a bowl and mix on medium speed until smooth. Stop machine and add in step 3. MIx on low speed until ingredients are well blended.
With mixer running on low spped add step 1 slowly. Scrape bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
