• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cream tartar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup coconut
• 2 1/2 cup oats

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar,butter and egg.
Sift bs,cream of tartar and salt. Add to butter mixture.
Next add the flour,coconut and oats.
Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
