Ingredients

  • 4 boneless salmon fillets, about 6 oz (175 g) each
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) grainy mustard
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) packed SPLENDA® Brand Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh thyme or parsley
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange salmon on small foil-lined then greased baking sheet.
Combine mustard, maple syrup, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, soy sauce, thyme and pepper; spread on
fish.
Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
