Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can chop suey vegetables, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. water (use some of water drained from vegetables)
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
- Chow mein noodles

Step 1
Fry hamburger lightly, crumbling as it cooks. Add celery, onions and continue cooking until they are transparent. Add the rest of the ingredients except the noodles. Bake 1/2 hour at 350° then add the noodles as a topping and bake another 1/2 hour at 300°.
