  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp (dry) Italian, Greek or Spicy Seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb lean ground beef, lamb, chicken or turkey

Step 1



Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

3. Wet hands slightly and form 2 Tbsp of mixture into evenly shaped meatballs.

4. Place 1" apart in a coated or spray coated baking pan. (put on a rack in pan so the fat drains off while cooking)
Bake 20 minutes.

5. Serve over hot pasta with your favorite sauce or in sub with sauce and grated Mozzarella cheese.
