Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1 1/4-oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can (8-oz.) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1/2 - 2 c. crushed corn chips
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Taco sauce

Step 1
Brown and drain the ground beef. Stir in the seasoning mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 9 or 10 inch pie pan, pressing to form crust. Place some of the crushed corn chips on top of the crust. Spoon meat mixture over crust and corn chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture and cover with the cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed corn chips. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes covered and then another 25 to 30 minutes uncovered until the crust is golden brown. Serve with lettuce, tomato and taco sauce.
