- 1 lb. almond paste
- 1 lb. icing sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup

Step 1
Place the paste and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until the mix is fine. Add corn syrup, pulse until the mix comes together- do not over mix. Knead briefly, wrap and store in a dry place.
