Preparation
Step 1
I use regular brown "baking" potatoes.
Wash the outside
I slice them into thin "french-fry" sticks,
no need to wash them
coat them in seasonings, then arrange them flat on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 for about 10-15 minutes or til they get crispy edges.
I usually coat them in a drt seasoning, southwestern seasoning, salt, and cilantro
or
Garllic powder
or
whateer you fancy
