- 50 grams water
- 5 grams vanilla
- 5 grams butter extract

Step 1
Sift step 1 into a large mixing bowl. Add step 2 and mix on low speed until all ingredients are well blended.
Beat on high for 3 minutes or until the icing is light and fluffy.
