Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese, blended
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 teaspoons of Worchester sauce
- 12 ounces imitation crab, shredded
- 6 English muffins split in half or substitute rice cakes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix blended cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onion, Tabasco or Worchester sauce together in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in imitation crab.
3. Spread 1/4 cup craft mixture on each muffin half.
4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 min.
