Ingredients
- lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 (12 oz.) btl. chili sauce
- 1 T. snipped parsley
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and shape into 1-inch balls, the first 9 ingredients. Brown in shortening and pour off fat. Mix chili sauce and jelly, stirring constantly, until chili and jelly melt. Pour over meat balls and simmer 30 minutes.
