Ingredients
- 1 - 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 packages (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 packages (8 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cans (4 ounces) green chilis, diced
- 1 fresh jalapeno, chopped fine
- 1 t. creole seasoning
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- seasoning salt to taste
- Note: I added more cheddar cheese and a little hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake chicken in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Do not overcook - should be moist.
2. Cool chicken and shred into pieces by hand.
3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese and mayo, mixing well. Add cheddar cheese and mix. Add green chiles, jalapeno, creole seasoning and cayenne pepper.
4. Pour ingredients in a 13 x 9 oblong glass casserole dish.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
