Ingredients
- 2 packages Uncle Ben's Wild Rice (original) (or 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice)
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can milk
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 chicken pieces
- paprika for sprinkling

Preparation
Step 1
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (or place 3 bacon strips on bottom of pan).
Mix together rice, soups, milk, garlic, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture into baking pan.
Press the chicken into the mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika, cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/4 hours. DO NOT open the cover during baking.
NOTE: Casserole may be topped with F.F. onions and bake an additional 3 to 4 minutes uncovered until the topping is browned.
