Ingredients
- 1/2 ½ cup butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 ½ tsp. Almond extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth; sift in flour, cover and chill for 1 hour. Form chilled dough into a ball and divide into 24 pieces. Place each piece into a 1 ¾ inch muffin tin. Place dough evenly against bottom and up the side of the muffin tin. Cover. Stir egg, sugar, butter, extracts , and nuts together. Fills cup with a scant tbs. of filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
