Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/3 pounds boneless center cut pork roast, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and herbs in shallow pan; set aside. Place eggs in a separate bowl. Dip pork chop into eggs and then crumb mixture, reserving any remaining crumb mixture. Fry in olive oil until cooked and browned on both sides.
