Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted cashews, pecans or almonds
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
- 2 tbsp melted butter/margarine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Place nuts/seeds in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; toss nuts to coat. Cover, cook on HIGH for 2 hours, stirring 4-5 times. Allow to cool.
