Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 bananas mashed (1 1/2 cups)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, slighly beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together the flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a mixing bowl, blend together the bananas, sugar, egg, and butter. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just moistened. Spoon batter into a lined or greased muffin pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
