  • 4 lbs cubed pork
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 C dry red wine
  • 3 Anaheim peppers
  • tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in pan, brown pork, in batches in necessary. Make a salt/garlic paste, rub over meat. Place in slow cooker and add wine. Cover and cook n low o8-10 hours. Shred with fork. Heat onions and peppers in oil, add to crock pot Serve with tortillas.
