Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Asparagus chopped
- 2 cups chicken, or vegetable broth, [I use 1 of each]
- 2 tbls Braggs liquid aminos
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 tbs milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Old Bay seasoning to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
Steam trimmed Asparagus until fairly soft. Puree it with broth and spices in blender/processor. Return to heat and add some cubed, cooked chicken if desired. Heat and eat.
