Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Form into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with fork in criss-cross fashion.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from baking sheet and cool.
