Ingredients
- 1 pound spinach in bult or 1 10 oz plastic pkg
- 2 T butter
- Salt, if desires
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Clean and cut spinach leaves. Heat the butter in a skillet and add the spinach, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Stir as the spinach wilts. Cook until the spinach is totally wilted. Remove from skillet & serve immediately.
