Ingredients
- 4 lb beef brisket
- 3 T liquid smoke
- 3/4 t garlic salt
- 3/4 t onion salt
- 1 T celery seed
- 3 T worchestershire sauce
- 1 C bottled barbeque sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place brisket on heavy-duty foil and cover with liquid smoke, garlic salt, onion salt, celery seed and worchestershire sauce. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Open foil and add 3/4 t salt and 1/4 t pepper. Reseal and cook 3 1/2 hours. Slice open foil and add 1 C barbeque sauce and cook another hour. Baste occasionally but do not reseal. Slice across grain to serve.
