Ingredients
- 16 oz catsup
- 8 oz water
- 3 oz brown sugar
- 3 oz white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp dry mustard powder
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz worchestershire sauce
- 4 oz apple cider vinegar
- 1 oz light corn syrup

Step 1
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a dutch oven pan. Bring to a bowl over high heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Reduce temperature to low and simmer, uncovered, for at least 2 hours.
Yield: 1 qt
