HEATH BAR CAKE

Ingredients

• 2 C flour
• 1 C brown sugar
• 1/2 C granulated sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 T vanilla
• a pinch of salt
• 1 t soda
• 1 C butter-milk
• 1 egg
• 3-5 Heath bars chopped
• 1/2 C chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Crumb together with mixer first six ingredients. Reserve 1/2 C for topping. Add soda to 1 C butter-milk. Add this and 1 egg to crumb mixture. Blend well. Bake in 9"x13" ungreased pan. Mix together Heath bars, nuts and reserved crumbs. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
