Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of brown bread-broken into small pieces and dried overnite
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter-melted
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 t sage

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and add water; stir. Stuff into turkey (not too tight). Bake at 325 degrees 1/2 hour per pound. Baste with butter and drippings. Can also put stuffing in casserole.
