Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 T. honey
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup flour
- 1 t. ginger
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 3/4 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. cloves
- 1 T. powdered sugar
- 6 T. cool whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; beat on medium speed until smooth.
Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Add to milk mixture, beating well.
Pour batter into an 8" square baking pan coated with Pam. Bake 350* for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan, and cool completely.
Place cake on serving plate. Place paper doily on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar, carefully remove doily. Serve with Cool Whip.
