Ingredients
- 4 12 inch french bread loaves
- 2 lb pulled pork
- 16 thick slices of ham
- 16 slices swiss cheese
- 1 jar sliced pickles
- creole mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Cut french bread into 6 inch pieces and slice open horizontally. Saute pulled pork in a pan over medium high heat. Sear ham in another pan over medium high heat.
Place open rolls on a sheet pan. :Lay 2 slices of ham on each sndwich. Distribute pulled pork evenly over each. Add 2 slices of swiss cheese, and pickles and creole mustard to taste. Place sandwiches in oven or press in panini press until cheese melts.
