Ingredients
- Brownie
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- Filling
- 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Glaze
- 1 tbsp shortening
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Bownie
Combine sugar,flour,cocoa, and salt: add oil, eggs and vanilla. Blend on medium speed for 3 minutes and pour into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350
for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Spread filling over brownie and refrigerate until firm. Drizzle glaze over the top before serving.
Filling
Cream butter and sugars together add milk and vanilla. Blend in flour until smooth and creamy. fold in chocolate chips
Glaze
Melt together in a double boiler and stir until smooth
