Poached Eggs on Rice

Ingredients

• 2 c cooked rice
• 1/4 soya sauce
• 1 t sesame oil
• 1 t rice vinegar
• 1/2 t garlic paste
• eggs
• 6 c water
• 1 t vinegar
• Green onions, chopped
• sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together soya sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and garlic paste.

Divide rice into 2 bowls, drizzle sauce over rice and add poached eggs.

Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
