Ingredients

    cups basil leaves

  • 1

    cup parsley (1 more cup basil leaves)

  • 1/2

    cup parmesan or romano cheese

  • 1/2

    cup toasted walnuts (or pine nuts or a combo)

  • 4

    garlic cloves

  • 1/4

    tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2

    cup olive oil

  • 1

    tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Put nuts and garlic in food processor for 15 seconds Add basil (parsley) salt and pepper Pour oil into feed tube Add cheese and puree for 1 minute
