- 1 8-oz package cream cheese
- 2 packages powdered sugar (about)
- few drops of flavoring
- few drops of coloring
- granulated sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Let cheese stand at room temperature several hours. Blend in flavoring and color and powdered sugar until dough is pliable but not sticky. Form small ball of dough, dip and roll in granulated sugar. Press into mold, unmold. When dry to touch on the back, may be stacked and frozen or stored in cool place.
